Blog #3 (Do you see what other people see?)

OK, so, Theory of Knowledge decided to BLOW MY MIND today. Not like "Ohh, wow, that's interesting", I mean like "WOOOAAAAAHHHH!!!". I have thought of this before, but only slightly, it is merely thought that maybe what we perceive, others perceive differently, or not at all. For instance, what I perceive is the colour red, could be completely different, and example of this is, I could say that my shirt today was blue (which to me it was), and to other people, it may have also been blue (unless you we're colour blind in some way that you wouldn't be able to perceive the colour blue), BUT the way that one person may perceive the colour blue, may be the same way I perceive the colour green. Way back in kindergarten and further in our lives, we are taught how to tell colours apart, but what they didn't tell us, or at least that I can remember, is that colour is really just light being absorbed into surfaces, and the surface gives off a colour, depending on the fabric, or whatever, the item is made of. So this got me thinking. WAAAAY back in grade kindergarten (that's right, I said "GRADE Kindergarten"), when the teacher told me what the colour yellow looked like, the way that I saw yellow, could/would/can possibly be WAY different from the teachers/other students way of perceiving the apparent "colour yellow". I do believe I have ranted on for long enough today. I will hopefully update/make another blog soonish.
